Dent Education partners with Baltimore youth to ignite their ability to shape the world around them. Since inception, Dent has served over 760 young people who have earned $1,015,000 in 104,000 program hours, developing entrepreneurial mindsets, social capital, and innovation careers. 

In 2024, EPSCF provided operating capital to support Dent Education programing for the 2024 calendar year and enable the creation of Dent Education’s strategic plan. Dent’s 2025-2027 Strategic Plan was developed through an extensive 16-week process involving over 60 stakeholders, including youth, staff, board members, and partners. Following successful completion of their strategic plan and a strong year of revenue growth (26% higher than the previous record), EPSCF committed to support Dent’s Staff Growth & Retention Plan over three years.
